Keratin Smoothing Treatments
Our Keratin Treatments at Audacious Salon are specially formulated to contain Keratin protein, which rebuilds and restores all types of hair. These Keratin Treatments rejuvenate and revitalize the hair giving it a softer and silkier finish. Unlike other salon services, the more you treat your hair, the healthier it becomes.
With each treatment, the build-up of Keratin makes the hair:
- Smoother and silkier
- Straighter and shinier
- Easier and faster to blow-dry
- Close to being maintenance free
Our Keratin Smoothing Treatments encases the hair follicle with a keratinous bond to:
- Promote healing
- Block the effects of humidity
- Helps prevent environmental toxins from entering the hair
Keratin Treatments are gentle enough to use on all hair types.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What is the difference between Keratin Smoothing Treatment and Express Blow Out?
A: The regular Keratin Treatment is formulated especially for frizzy, curly hair and is effective on all hair types. It is a revitalizing and rejuvenating treatment that seals Keratin into the cuticle to lock out frizz-causing humidity and reduce curl. One treatment gives long-lasting results for up to five months and requires a 72-hour waiting period post-treatment. Keratin Express Blow Out is unique, one-hour service that gives the hair a softer, smoother and silkier texture for up to eight weeks. Hair can be washed after just 8-hours. Express Blow Out is perfect for all hair types.
Q: How much time should be allowed for a Keratin Smoothing Treatment?
A: The amount of time depends on hair length, type and texture. As a general rule, the process normally takes two to three hours for a regular Keratin Smoothing Treatment and
one hour for a Keratin Express Blow Out. When visiting our salon, we can provide more information about the length of time required during your consultation.

Make an appointment with one of our stylists for beautiful hair color to compliment your new silky smooth hair.
